Handicraft – CPK BBQ Chicken Pizza

You can find the recipe here.

I love a thin crust pizza, and I love cilantro. And making pizza dough fits in to handicraft! Doesn’t it?

It was…

okay.

The crust just didn’t work out the way I’d hoped. It was thin, it was crispy, but it tasted a lot like flour.

I replaced the mixer with my 8yo daughter. Maybe it was the Ralph’s brand flour? Or the sale price olive oil?

  1. We made pizza the other night and the dough recipe I use is nice… it is 1 teaspoon honey with 7g of yeast and 1.5 cups of water. Let this activate. Add 3 cups of flour (I have used all wholemeal, all white or half half and all have worked out), a pinch of salt and 1 tablespoon oil. Then you can roll it out as thin or thick as you like "O)

  3. I'll have to try that – and it'll make a good math problem for my kids to figure out the conversion from grams 🙂 Thank you for the recipe and for commenting!
